“The property was lovely, great location if you have transport and don’t want be in the city and also super handy to the airport. Was very disappointed with the service after checking out and we had left an expensive item in the room. Took several days with phone calls, an email and several staff members to even action a look in the room or asking housekeeping. My item was not returned so therefore stolen/taken by either housekeeping or the next guests in the room. So disappointing! If actioned...

“Our time was great here. We enjoyed taking the communal BBQ and pool area. The laundry facilities were fine and the room was nicely updated. Staff were kind and helpful. Location was good. Close to train station, parks and groceries. Running trails nearby also.”

“Well, it was quiet a surprise for an older building. Room was very fresh, had everything i needed, jug toaster, microwave. Coffee and tea supplies, even a biscuit or two. enjoyed my chocolate left on the bed. I had dinner at the bistro, Tuesday night is steak night, and it was cooked to perfection.”
